RENTAL POLICY

SORRY, NO PETS OR SMOKING

Qualifications
Renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid drivers license. Driving records will be verified. Any and all drivers must provide copies of valid driver licenses. No driver under the age of 25 is permitted to drive the rental unit as the ARE NOT covered by the insurance policy provided by Annie Rae RV Leasing. Renters must have a valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card.

Reservation Deposit
A reservation deposit of $250.00 will secure the unit for the contracted time. Reservation deposits are refundable if cancellation of the contract occurs a minimum of 30 days prior to the start of the contract.

Accident/Emergency Contact
Renter is required to report damage or accidents within 2 hours of the event. In the event of a collision, the renter’s security deposit will be used for the insurance deductible. Please note that a $500.00 charge will be applied for every collision above and beyond the security deposit if more than one collision occurs. The emergency numbers are 517-669-2755 during dealer hours. On weekend or after hours please call 517-712-2112.

Insurance
Annie Rae RV Leasing fully insures the rental units, customers are responsible for the security deposit amounts as stated above, customer must be insured on a personally owned vehicle and provide proof of insurance upon pick up of the rental unit. Please be advised that the insurance company will not cover damage due to customer misuse and/or neglect.

Pick-Up and Returns
Units are available for pick-up after 2:00 P. M. Monday - Friday only. Units must be returned and checked in before 10:00 A. M. Monday - Friday only. Customer responsible for the rental unit must be present at the time of pick up and delivery. Late return will be charge $50.00 per hour rounded up to the next full hour. No pro-rating.

Payment
All security deposits must be paid with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover, American Express Credit Card. The estimated rental fees, including mileage estimate, are due and payable upon departure. Required forms are: Cash, Teller/Certified Check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Credit Card or paid in advance by personal check no later than seven business day before contract starts.

Right of Refusal
Annie Rae RV Leasing reserves the right to verify the credit worthiness and stability of all renters and has the right to refuse services to those deemed unreliable or with an unacceptable driving record.

Fuel
All units are rented with full gasoline and propane tanks. Renters will have fuels full upon return. LP gas is available here for the current rate. If the rental unit has to be filled with gasoline it will be done at $5.00 per gallon.

Travel Limitations
Rental vehicles are not permitted to be driven to Mexico. Rental vehicles may be taken to Canada with prior notification and permission by Annie Rae RV Leasing only.

Responsibility
Annie Rae RV Leasing will NOT be responsible for hotel charges, car rentals or other costs in the event of a breakdown. Liability is expressly limited to the rental charges for any days total loss of vehicle use and will be refunded upon check-in.
 
Breakdowns
Contact Annie Rae RV Leasing, if need be the unit can then be taken to a local RV Dealership or Ford Dealership with verification from Annie Rae RV Leasing. The customer is responsible for checking engine oil, fluids, and coolant levels at each refueling, as well as reporting mechanical failures immediately. Instructions and procedures for maintenance expense reimbursement are provided at rental. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance. In the event the vehicle is in breakdown repair for 12 hours or more, through no fault of the customer, our responsibility to customer is limited to refund of daily rate or portion thereof. Radio, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave and appliances, cruise control, slide room and generator malfunctions are not considered breakdowns and no refunds are available for repair time to these items. Roadside assistance is available by calling Ford at 1-800-444-3311.

Availability
If for any reason beyond the company's control the reserved vehicle is not available, Annie Rae RV Leasing reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal value, or a higher rated vehicle at not additional cost to the renter. If a lower rated vehicle is offered, Annie Rae RV Leasing is responsible to refund the cost difference between the two vehicles. Annie Rae RV Leasing is not required to notify the renter in advance of a substituted vehicle.

Towing
Towing is NOT permitted for motor homes.

Parking/Traffic Violations
Customers are responsible for reporting and payment of all parking/traffic violations at rental termination. Non-reporting of parking/traffic violations breaches the Rental Contract and may result in an administrative charge of up to $100 in addition to the fines.

Early Returns, Late Pick Ups, and Unused Miles
No refunds will be made for early returns, late pickups, or unused miles (kilometers) except for unused estimated mileage charges. Late return will be charge $50.00 per hour rounded up to the next full hour. No pro-rating.
 
Rental Day
The Rental Day is based on number of nights the vehicle is used. Each night constitutes arentalday. Rental charges are based on rates in effect at pick-up day.

Smoking
All units are non-smoking. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250.00 mandatory sanitization fee.

Extensions
We prefer that units are used for the reserved amount of time. Extensions are available if the rental unit is not already reserved for the time of the extension, this must be approved by management.

Cleaning after use
The rental unit needs to be returned in the same condition it was received. If the unit needs cleaning there will be a $100.00 interior cleaning fee and an exterior fee of $50.00. This will be deducted from the security deposit. Holding tanks must be dumped, rinsed and all valves LEFT OPEN upon the return of the unit. There will be a $50.00 fee applied if the tank valves are not open at the time of return.

Pets
No pets allowed unless approved by management at the time of reservation. Evidence of unapproved pets will result in a $250.00 mandatory sanitization fee.

Mileage
100 miles per day 700 miles per week 500 miles per 5 Day $.25 per mile over free mileage amount
